These Terms govern your use of Three Tigers: Aadu Puli Attam and its related online services provided by Colorblast LLC ("we", "us" or "our"). By using those services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the online services.

The game
Three Tigers is a strategy game based on the traditional tigers-and-goats board game. Versus AI, Pass and play, and Tutorial are free, work offline, and do not require or stake coins. There are no ads or subscriptions. Purchased hints can be used in Versus AI as a guest. Online play requires optional Apple sign-in and shares the linked hint inventory. A new hint requires a connection; they are not required to continue or finish a game. The app also includes 10 free preset avatars; choosing one as a guest does not require an account or a photo upload.
Online services include human matchmaking, friend rooms, invitations, leaderboards and optional opponent voice. Features may vary by app version, region and service availability. An offered house AI opponent is identified as AI; you choose whether to accept it.
Accounts and eligibility
Online accounts, purchases and social features are for adults aged 18 or older. Follow applicable laws and the availability restrictions of your App Store. A parent may supervise offline play on the parent's device without creating an online account for a child.
Purchases do not require app registration or a name or email address supplied to Three Tigers. Apple handles payment information in its own purchase flow. A guest purchase identity keeps your server wallet and inventory accessible through credentials saved on your device. Optional Sign in with Apple links your own guest purchases to an account for cross-device access and Online play. Guest access may be lost if those credentials are removed; see Support before deleting the app or changing devices. Sign in with Apple is used for online accounts. Keep access to your Apple Account secure. Do not sell, transfer, share or impersonate another person's Three Tigers account, or use misleading or abusive display names. Tell us if you believe someone is misusing your account.
Fair play and community conduct
Play honestly and treat opponents respectfully. The app’s own optional hints are permitted in supported modes. Do not:
- Harass, threaten, exploit or discriminate against other people, or use hate speech or sexual harassment.
- Share someone else's private information, impersonate them or pressure them to communicate outside the game.
- Cheat, collude to manipulate matches or rewards, use unauthorized automation in online matches, or exploit bugs to change coins, hints, ratings or access.
- Attempt to bypass blocks, account restrictions, purchase checks or server security.
- Send spam, misleading invitations or deliberately false reports.
- Arrange bets, payments or prizes outside the app based on Three Tigers matches, coins or results.
We may investigate reports, remove an inappropriate display name, restrict voice, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misconduct, fraud, security risks or legal obligations. You may contact amitg@colorblast.in to ask about a restriction or request a review. We do not guarantee that every interaction can be reviewed in real time.
Online matches
Review the room, side and coin stake before joining or accepting an invitation. An invitation alone does not charge its recipient. Free Friendly rooms use no coins and do not affect ratings.
The server applies the match rules and determines valid moves, results and coin settlements. Online clocks continue during disconnections and while the app is in the background. A resignation or timeout can count as a loss. Blocking or reporting someone does not automatically cancel a match or reverse its result.
In rooms that use coins, the displayed stakes form the pot. Under the current standard rules, the winner receives the pot less the room's 10% game fee; a draw returns each player's stake without that fee. Room values and rules may change for future matches, with the applicable values shown in the app. If you think a settlement is incorrect, contact support so we can investigate the server records.
Optional hints
Guests may buy and use hint packs without signing in. Each signed-in Three Tigers account receives 3 starter hints once. The allowance does not reset by day, game, device, reinstall or sign-out. Versus AI and Online share that allowance and the same purchased balance. Hints are available on the requesting player’s turn, including Online matches with human opponents or house AI and Friendly or staked rooms. Hints are not available in Pass and play or Tutorial. Online clocks keep running while a hint is requested or displayed; hints do not submit a move, extend a deadline or change stakes or settlement.
A new hint requires a connection to confirm one use. An already delivered, locally saved hint can be shown again for the same account, game and exact position without another use. Starter hints are used before purchased hints. Hint pack sizes are 10, 30 and 100. Store → Hints shows currently available packs and Apple’s localized price; not every pack is available in every version. Review the pack and price before any purchase. Purchased hints do not expire, subject to purchase reversals and account deletion described below. Hints cannot be transferred, staked or exchanged for coins or cash, and buying hints does not guarantee a win.
Coins, hints, appearances and purchases
Coins have no cash value and can't be transferred or cashed out. They are virtual game items used only for supported features inside Three Tigers. They are not money, deposits, investments or a right to a cash prize. You may not sell or exchange coins, appearances or accounts outside the app.
Apple processes in-app purchases. Review the product, price and currency in Apple's purchase sheet before confirming. Coin and hint packs are consumable purchases. Eligible permanent purchases may be restored through the app, but restoring a purchase does not replenish consumable packs. Remaining coin and hint balances belong to your guest purchase identity or optionally linked Three Tigers account. Linking transfers your own remaining purchased inventory and adjustments once; it does not duplicate free allowances. Guest coin packs receive the displayed base quantity. Account rewards and first-purchase promotions apply only when shown, and signing in after a guest coin purchase does not renew first-purchase eligibility. A one-time coin benefit included with an eligible permanent purchase is credited once.
Payment and refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to Apple's terms and applicable consumer law. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page. We may reverse associated coins, purchased hints or access when Apple refunds or revokes a purchase. If refunded coins have already been spent, the adjustment can leave a negative game balance; it is not a demand for a cash payment. Contact us if you believe an adjustment is incorrect. A hint refund removes the quantity credited by that purchase. If some purchased hints have already been used, that shortfall is deducted from later hint purchases before new purchased hints become available. The displayed available balance does not fall below zero. This adjustment does not take coins or unused starter hints and is not a demand for a cash payment. The one-time starter allowance is not renewed by a refund.
Purchases do not guarantee a match result, rating, available opponent or uninterrupted online service. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.
Optional voice and player reports
Voice is optional and limited to the 2 authenticated human participants in an active match. You must choose to join and allow microphone access. You can mute yourself, mute your opponent or leave voice. The board remains playable with voice off.
The app does not record or transcribe conversations. Reports therefore do not include a recording of what was said. Use the report and block controls, and provide accurate context when reporting a concern. Do not secretly record, distribute or misuse another person's conversation; follow applicable law and obtain any required permission.
Do not share passwords, financial information or other sensitive details with an opponent. Three Tigers support and voice are not emergency services.
Your display name and voice
You retain any rights you have in your display name and the content you choose to share. By submitting a display name or voluntarily joining match voice, you give Colorblast LLC and service providers acting on our behalf limited, non-exclusive permission to display that name to other players and transmit your live microphone audio to your match opponent, only as needed to provide the gameplay and social features you request. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize voice recording, advertising use, or reuse for unrelated purposes. Share only content you are entitled to share, and respect other people's rights and privacy.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains account information, gameplay, purchases, social features, optional voice, support and account deletion. Your use of Apple's services is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and privacy information.
App and content rights
Colorblast LLC and its licensors retain their rights in the app's code, original artwork, audio, branding and other protected content. The traditional game and its history are not claimed as our exclusive creation. Use the app for personal enjoyment within the permissions of its applicable software license. Do not copy or distribute protected assets or software without permission, except where the law allows it.
Where Apple's standard licensed-application agreement applies to your App Store download, it continues to govern that software license. These service Terms do not replace mandatory Apple terms or your statutory rights. Apple's standard agreement.
Deletion, availability and changes
You can stop using the game and delete your signed-in account through Profile → Delete account. Guest purchasers can instead use Profile → Delete guest data, without Apple sign-in. Deletion is permanent, removes the online profile and saved avatar choice, coin wallet, hint inventory and account-owned hint records, appearances and social connections, and ends active matches as resignations. It does not automatically request a purchase refund. Historical and technical records are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Online services depend on network and provider availability. Interruptions, maintenance and defects can occur. We may update or discontinue features, and will provide notice where required by law. We will investigate reported purchase and account problems; these Terms do not exclude obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may revise these Terms as the service changes. The current version and effective date will appear here. We will provide additional notice, and obtain agreement where required, for material changes.
