These terms are an agreement between you and Colorblast LLC for the iPhone app Three Tigers: Aadu Puli Attam. By installing or using the app you accept them. Offline play is free and needs no account; the sections on accounts, coins and online play apply once you sign in.
Who can play online
You must meet the App Store age rating shown for the app in your region to create an account and play online. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Apple ID secure.
Accounts
Online matches, wallets, friends and purchases use Sign in with Apple. Your player code identifies you to friends; share it only with people you want to play. You may delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete account.
Coins
Coins are virtual game currency with no cash value. They cannot be transferred, gifted, exchanged for money or cashed out. Coins can be earned in the app or purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase. Coin balances, purchase credits and match settlement are handled by our server, and our records are final for determining balances.
Purchases and refunds
All purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple. If Apple refunds a purchase, the corresponding coins or entitlements are removed from your account. Restore purchases from Store > Coins > Restore purchases.
Online rooms and stakes
Some online rooms use coin stakes that are agreed before a match starts. Friendly rooms have no coin stakes or rating changes. Receiving an invitation never spends your coins; you choose whether to accept its room and stake. Leaving or disconnecting from a staked match may count as a loss.
Fair play
Online matches use the standard rules. Do not use automation, exploits or multiple accounts to gain coins or rating. We may reverse results, remove coins or suspend accounts involved in cheating.
Conduct and voice
Treat other players with respect. Opponent voice is optional, available only during a match with another person, and is not recorded by us. Harassment, threats, hate speech and other abuse are not allowed. Use Report or block from the match menu or result screen; we review reports and may warn, suspend or remove accounts.
Appearances
Boards, pieces, capture effects and frames are licences to use content inside the app. They are tied to your account, keep the same rules and geometry, and cannot be sold or transferred.
Availability and changes
Offline modes work without a connection. Online features depend on our servers and Apple services and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. We may update the app and these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
Liability
The app is provided as is, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, Colorblast LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
